These are so much fun to make with my children. They love the way they taste. We try to make them on the weekends and freeze a few for the weekdays for a fast breakfast.

So yummy. Tastes AWESOME with a little bit of cream cheese in my stuffed french toast (made w/ LC white bread mix) for breakfast. Or Yummy desert Cal zones too. Even my kids eat it w/out knowing it's sugar free and so good for them!

My order of LC Foods Gluten Free Pancakes arrived about 2 days ago. Yesterday morning, I had pancakes for breakfast for the first time in at least 2 years! They tasted wonderful! I cannot remember a breakfast that I enjoyed more. The texture and sweetness is perfect. I over-indulged and ate two batches. I measured my blood sugar at only a 7 point rise.. which is utterly incredible and fantastically healthy. I will never dream of a Denny's Grand Slam again thanks to you.

We use this flour pretty much every week. Pizza, calzones, stromboli and bagels are all enjoyed by my family, even those who don't care about the LC lifestyle.

Sometimes I just can't be asked to bake. I love LC Foods white bread flour and have used it for a while now with great success, but I admit it, I'm lazy and LOVE the fact that they now offer a loaf. And what a loaf! This thing is huge and tasty! Makes great toast and the best grilled cheese. Hands down the best LC bread I've tried, and believe me, I've tried them all!!

These shells are a blessing to our Friday pizza night. Very tasty and filling. Not chewy or rubbery like some others.

VERY GOOD!! Liked this A LOT!!

After making several low carb pizza alternatives (and there are plenty of them out there), I was happy when LC Foods released their Fresh Baked Pizza Shells! Unlike many recipes using cauliflower, eggs, etc. to do nothing more than hold sauce and toppings, these pizza shells are the closest thing I've found to regular pizza crust. And since they're already par-baked, they make for a quick dinner. They have just enough chewiness to make them "feel" like regular crust, and a pleasant flavor too. My wife, who doesn't do low carb, loves them too!
