All natural low carb confectionery powdered sweetener with erythritol has ZERO net carbs! Contains erythritol, stevia and luo han guo. Oligosaccharide is simply Inulin chicory root fiber which helps as a flow agent to avoid clumping, and adds fiber. Completely all natural using no cane sugar, no corn sugar or syrup and no beet sugar!
Erythritol occurs naturally in some fruit and fermented foods. Erythritol is 60–70% as sweet as sucrose (table sugar), so at LC-Foods we blend erythritol with natural stevia and natural luo han guo to bring this sweetener level up to a 1 for 1 formula, the same as table sugar without causing bitterness or a poor quality taste. The USDA has determined that erythritol does not affect blood sugar, so our product is diabetic friendly and less likely to cause gastric side effects
Enjoy sweetening how nature intended, pure and natural. Our Low Carb confectionery Powdered Sweetener - Erythritol is all natural. There's no bitter aftertaste. You can substitute our low carb sugar 1 to 1 in your favorite recipes*.
Use the recipes on the back of the canister to make a basic low carb glaze or a richer low carb glaze. Try adding in Dutch cocoa powder or peanut butter for a low carb chocolate or peanut butter glaze. How about adding both together? Yummy! Drizzle it over our low carb cinnamon buns, scones, cakes, cupcakes, biscuits or cookies!
Our Low Carb Confectionery Powdered Sweetener - Erythritol is just right for anytime you need a confectionery sugar replacement. As with all LC Foods low carb products, there's no sugar added (of course!) and no preservatives
* Do not use an erythritol based sweetener if you're baking with yeast - the erythritol doesn't activate the yeast, and your dough will not rise. Rather use our canisters of Inulin based sweeteners for your yeast rise baking needs.
