Chances are you've got at least one family recipe that you can now make low carb using our low carb sweetened condensed milk. Go for it…no one will know the difference!
Super simple to make - simply mix with water, cream and vanilla and you're ready to go! There's a recipe on the package for traditional pumpkin pie (using our low carb pie crust, of course!). Perfect for pies, puddings, you name it!
Here's our personal favorite - Brownie Button Cheesecake! Prepare a batch of our low carb brownies, only use a springform pan and bake as directed until set. In a large bowl, beat 3-8 oz packages of softened cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in 14oz low carb sweetened condensed milk, then add 3 large eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla and mix well. Stir in 1/2 cup low carb dark chocolate chips, roughly chopped. Pour into springform pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 50 minutes or until set. Cool and chill thoroughly before removing side of springform pan. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers, if there are any!
