Great for baking , Natural blanched almond flour with 2 net carbs per 1/4 cup serving. No additives or fillers, low carb and gluten free. Perfect for low carb celiac or gluten free baking! Because almond flour is so different from wheat flour, you can't just exchange it 1:1 in most recipes, though you may be able to get away with it in recipes calling for small amounts of flour.
